ORDERING
a) IN-STOCK ITEMS
- Once received of your payment, I will sent out the orders.
- It normally take approximately 2-5 working days to arrive at your delivery address.

b) PRE-ORDER ITEMS
- Most/All of our items are pre-ordered.
- Shipping will take approximately 1 - 3 weeks, depending on stock validity & arrival of the shipment.
- We will keep you update on ALL STATUS of placing the order.

c) WHOLESALE

   HOW TO ORDER / WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

- ADULT CLOTHING minimium 15 piece/category OR minimium amount of S$200.00/category.

  WHOLESALE PRICE
- Wholesale price for Adult clothing, 30% off the ORIGINAL price stated.

  Local delivery applied
- A flat rate of S$5.00/15 pieces for all summer designs. A flat rate charges will be S$8.00/15 pieces for winter & summer clothing.

  Oversea Delivery
- Shipping charges will be advised when the shipment has arrived at my end.

  CHILDREN TEE STRICTLY FOR WHOLESALE ONLY!
- Children tee minimium 15 sets (1set = 6 pieces, please refer to the size chart for more details).
- *** PS: Supplier stock runs fast for children tee.

  PAYMENT
- Advanced Payment: 80% before placing order.
- Balance Payment: 20% when shipment arrive SIN

a) Payments are to be made within 3 days after confirmation emails are sent out.

b) Methods of payments include: ATM Transfer / Interbanking / PAYPAL

- Credit Cards/Paypal (ONLY FOR WHOLESALE)
We accept credit card payment through PayPal. (Paypal service charges 3.5% + S$0.50 applicable on top of the total order amount).

SHIPPING
a) LOCAL ORDERS - Clothing
- For 1 item, postage fee of $1.00 applies. (For Delivery Within Singapore)
- For 2-3 items, a flat postage fee of S$2.50 applies. (For Delivery Within Singapore)
- For 4 items onwards, FREE LOCAL NORMAL POSTAGE. (For Delivery Within Singapore)
- All parcels can be requested to be sent by Registered Mail (additional S$2.24)

b) LOCAL ORDERS - Bag
- For 1 item, postage fee of S$2.00 applies. (For Delivery Within Singapore)
- For 2-3 items, a flat postage fee of S$6.50 applies. (For Delivery Within Singapore)
- For 4 items onwards, FREE LOCAL NORMAL POSTAGE. (For Delivery Within Singapore)

c) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Postage will be charged according to Parcel Rates given by Singpost.

* For all shipments
- We will NOT BE responsible for packages lost in the mail.
- Orders will only be mailed out AFTER payments have been received by all buyers. Therefore, in order not to delay the order, please be promptly in making payment when receive of a confirmation email,.

EXCHANGE/RETURN
- Please understand that all sales are FINAL.
- All items will be checked before delivering.
- We will not accept Exchange unless the paid item has major defect eg. Hole on item.
- We will make Refund only if paid item is out of stock.
- Shipping and handling charge imposed for the exchange/refund items will be paid by the customer.
- Exchange item is returned in the original packaging (include tag, label, packaging bag, shopping bag).
* signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained.
